What you should know about yoga teacher training bali?
The classes are taught by highly-experienced instructors. I would highly recommend this course for any aspiring yoga teacher. My instructor Taryn takes the class at a fast pace and teaches the postures in depth. By the end of the course, we were able to teach a full one-hour yoga class.
Once you have completed the 200-hour training, you can then move on to the 300-hour level. During the 300-hour level, you will learn how to teach yoga for higher levels, such as leading retreats. Some schools even offer 500-hour courses.
